Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will give you full command over your email accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect mails from one email box to another, configure email filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your e-mail accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming email messages based on specific rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply specify the email mailbox account you would like to redirect messages from, then choose the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your liking to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
